This trip was a 'fun' trip for me to assist my good friend Doane Kelly and
his neighbor Mike Centrella on their first ever 'chunk' trip, and in fact
the first chunk trip on Doane Kelly's "Pura Vida", a 30.5' Boston Whaler
Conquest.

While I had had a successful trip the day before on the 'Carcharodon'
at a location much farther away, with a fresh ROFF's
chart (actually, a download onto my handheld Samsung i730 PDA) we stopped 15
miles short of where the fish 'were', found a good break at 'The Bombs',
saved a ton of fuel and a couple of hours running time...and three of the
resulting fish are pictured. Besides tuna caught, we released two swordfish
that night.
