Above: See the eddy and all the blue water associated with the Gulf Stream in image from February 27, 2018. There is a relatively large counter-clockwise Gulf Stream eddy (62F) pulling 63F blue Gulf Stream water toward the 100 fathom curve. We would expect bluefin tuna, bigeye tuna, mako shark and swordfish to be in this water. These conditions are excellent for spring and summer fishing.
