South Jersey Yacht Sales, Grace Construction and Somers Point Officials Hold Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Yacht Sales Showroom 

Representatives of Grace Construction Management Company, South Jersey Yacht Sales and Somers Point local government are pleased to announce a groundbreaking ceremony was held at the site where a new showroom will be constructed in Cape May County. South Jersey Yacht Sales recently razed their former showroom to make room for a new state-of-the art facility that will also include South Jersey Yacht Sales Corporate Headquarters. Located at 680 Bay Ave. in Somers Point, the new facility is in the heart of Cape May County’s thriving marine and boating industry and is just one mile from Great Egg Harbor Inlet. The new showroom will feature that latest technology in energy saving construction including climate control, lighting, insulation, and will be capable of displaying center console boats up to 60’. Additionally, the new building will also house, Atlantic Horizon Capital, a newly launched marine and RV lending firm and Dynamic Stabilizer. The showroom is sizable enough to have displays of many marine supply companies.

The project is due to be completed by late November of this year.
